Canonicalization
What the five implementations actually proved
The paper now says explicitly that its interoperability result describes a revision that no longer exists. Deleting the claim would have been wrong; leaving it unqualified would have been worse.
v0.3.0: one canonicalization core, and a licence that permits adoption
Five hand-maintained ports become one Rust core with five bindings. The project also relicensed to Apache-2.0 and CC BY 4.0, because the old licence forbade the thing the roadmap was built around.
